Milk has high levels of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and is fortified with Vitamin D. These are all amazing nutrients to help keep your teeth strong. Green tea is packed with antioxidants which can help improve brain function, lower the risk of some cancers, reduce bad breath, help prevent type II diabetes, and numerous other health benefits. It also will not cause staining on the teeth like black tea and/or coffee.
Vegetable juices can be a great source of vitamins and minerals, however, many times these juices are loaded with sugar to help them taste sweeter. Be sure to check the ingredient label and opt only for vegetable juices with no added sugar or very low added sugar.
If you are looking for a replacement for red wine consider opting for gin with soda water. Gin has the lowest acidity out of all alcohols and does not contain sugar. Remember to enjoy in moderation as the healthiest option would be to avoid all alcohol.
